NMN (NICOTINAMIDE MONONUCLEOTIDE) Poeder
- Data Sheet
NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide)
Raw Nicotinamide Mononucleotide powder ("NMN" and "β-NMN") is a nucleotide derived from ribose and nicotinamide. Research has begun to indicate that NMN can help significantly improve a person's life expectancy. The best source of NMN is found in fresh fish rich in niacin, such as tuna, salmon, mackerel and swordfish. For vegetarians, there are several other excellent dietary sources of NMN. NMN's only job is to increase a coenzyme called NAD, which decreases with age. All the benefits experienced are due to the increase in NAD.
