Shipping policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges at any time once our product has left our facilities. Due to the nature of the research and education business, we cannot accept returned products as they cannot be resold. Research industry licenses prohibit us from reselling products to customers or research labs. We make no exceptions to this policy.
