AC-262536
AC-262 is a drug developed by Acadia Pharmaceuticals that acts as a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM). Chemically, it exhibits endo-exo isomerism, with the endo form being the biologically active form.
It acts as a partial agonist of the androgen receptor with a binding affinity (Ki) of 5 nM. In addition, it shows no significant affinity for other receptors studied.
In animal studies, AC-262536 has shown a maximum anabolic effect that is approximately 66% of the anabolic potency of testosterone, and only approximately 27% of the androgenic potency of testosterone.
